Kfc - Rochdale

I have had some iffy takeaways in my time but this one takes the biscuit … £17 for two meals that have gone in the bin… chips cold and soggy, chicken dry and massively over cooked and the normally thick and tasty chicken gravy was water and tasteless … I live less than 4 minutes drive so can’t say it’s cause it took to long for me to get home

Absolutely abysmal. Had to sort out the order 3 times as it either had the wrong items or missing items. Once is maybe okay but three times. This wasn’t the first time I’ve visited this branch and encountered this. Absolutely terrible experience.

No mash, no hot drinks, the meal I ordered had two tiny chicken legs, it was too expensive for the portion size and very disorganised.

Firstly the box of hot wings were good, hot and tasty but we had to wait 10 mins for them. The rest was poor. I believe they work on the theory that a drive thru and take home won't take the time to drive back and complain. The chicken pieces were cold and hard and if you put all our portion s of chips together their wouldn't have been one portion in my opinion. See pictures Won't be going again

Took my 3grandsons aged 21, 9 and 5. The food was mediocre, the portions were small, we ordered box meals and they came all mixed up in little bags, yet the price was ridiculously expensive. The place itself wasn’t clean Bits of Food left on tables Will be a long time before we go again
