I went on a Saturday morning for lunch with my wife, in general the place is small with 5 or 6 tables, we arrived at the place at 11 am, we both ordered gorditas and 1 hot cake, the annoying thing was that they brought us the gorditas until 11:40 and the hot cake was cold and until 12:20, we spent more than 1 hour and a half and we had a very bad experience. Regarding the food, the gorditas had very little filling and it was not what I expected, the hot cake was good but we had to eat it cold. I got to ask how long it would take to give me the gorditas and the lady told me that there were 20 ahead so I decided to order an order of steam tacos $50 and a coke $24 . When I sat down they gave me 2 tacos with my coke and he told me these are the last tacos I have left but you can order gorditas now so I told him if he would give me one of chicharron and one of potato with chorizo total $48 . When I finished I thanked and outside the lady reached me to ask me for the difference, telling me that I didn 't pay for the tacos or the coke and I said damn why would I pay for that if they didn 't give me the order and the coke was already paid for so she made me accompany her to show me why. what do I owe them ? So he told me well the coke is done but you have to have the 2 tacos and I said ??? Like why did I have to pay for tacos that I didn 't order for stews that I didn 't choose and in any case he should have asked me before serving them if I wanted them or change the order because I sincerely believed that it was a courtesy to not have the complete order and if at the beginning If I had ordered the gorditas I would have only spent 72 pesos and not given $74 $25 already to leave because my lunch break at work was over.
