I wish I could give this place zero stars. I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited for 1.5 hours, only to have the order cancelled without explanation. When I called the restaurant, I was met with a rude employee who shouted that they were too busy to fulfill my order. The owner, Mrs. Chang, was in the background yelling about being too busy, but they still took an hour and a half to cancel my $130 order. I have two hungry children at home waiting for dinner, and Mrs. Chang wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. It's disgraceful to treat a family with young kids this way.

I have visited Sapporo many times and they never disappoint! The chef and his wife are wonderful and caring individuals who prioritize quality food and service. It is always a pleasure to see them. Whether we order meat or seafood, it is always cooked perfectly! I highly recommend trying their scallops and steak. If you order hibachi, be sure to get the fried rice. They are also very accommodating to food allergies; when someone in our group couldn't have scallops, they prepared a separate dish and served everything at the same time. Sapporo is a hidden gem and I love to show my support for them!
