Rude little girl taking orders had us sit outside for 30 minutes waiting on 3 legs when she said it would be 15 minutes. Finally went in and she didn't even know what we needed and the chicken had BEEN done. Always an issue here will never spend another DIME in this joke of an establishment.

Not sure who the lady is at the counter but she is very unpleasant and was so rude when servining me, not a hello when i spoke and so much huffing and puffing. Put a Bad taste in my mouth.

Went for Mac n cheese e in it was awful looked spoiled or been sitting out sum ? two meals 20 sum dollar two piece

Most of the time, the chicken is old, not hot and dry. Nights they are always out of many, if not all of the specialty items, including many sides, most of the time at night you can only get mashed potatoes.

The girl at the drive thru had one of the worst attitudes I've come across in a long time. The cook came up front to get some ice and his clothes looked as if he hadn't washed them in weeks, (hers were about like his),Told to pull around to the front, (I was the first customer and only customer), waited 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, I left without getting my money back. They can use that $10+to go to a laundromat. I'm done. I will be calling corporate on this location and the lake joy location.
