Restaurant Capitaine Bob - Roberval

This really looks like the place to eat like a local. There’s a few tables inside (like 4-5) but most people take their dinner out. For C$10 (taxes included) you’ll get a tasty large poutine with a can of soda. No gravy here, but BBQ or the local special sauce (the one I took) You can eat the whole thing by the lake a few hundred meters behind (tables are available right on the shore)

We ordered takeout to go back to our hotel. We spoke with a women who spoke great English and helped us order our pizza with ease. We had a Hawaiian pizza with onion and extra cheese. Oh my did it ever have extra cheese it was loaded And extremely delicious

Ok this is probably not the best place to go out and have a meal but it is an exceptionnal place for take-out especially PIZZA !!! I had the cpatain bob 's poutine and I was not very impress... personally I love the sauce on my poutine to be more salty the sweet... this one was way too sweet for me. The pizza I had the ' 'gourmande ' ' one) however was generously amazing ! Almost 1 inch of topping. It was generous delicous et very reasonable price wise ! Hope this help ! Martin

Bien manger et rapide Nous étions pressé et nous avons commandé une pizza pour apporter. Nous avons été surpris de la rapidité de la préparation et de la cuisson de notre pizza. Chose que je n'ai pas aimé, Petit resto donc peu de place pour s'asseoir pour attendre notre commande, mais rien de très grave.
