Subway - Robertsdale

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I ordered two sandwiches online for myself and a friend, and despite customizing them through the website, they still got it wrong. The manager offered to remake the sandwiches, so I sent my friend back with the incorrect ones. It seems they only fixed half of his sandwich, but they also returned my old sandwich to me instead of making a new one. To make matters worse, my sandwich was basically just bread with hardly any meat. I will never order from this location again.

The staff was friendly, and I found the restaurant to be clean. The service was quick. They were low on a few items, but they informed me before I placed my order, and my order wasn't affected.

I have to say, their new menu is a significant improvement, as my previous visits were not very enjoyable.

As always. clean store friendly well organized manager, sandwich artists take care of the products they are exhibiting. I am buying

If I could leave a zero star rating I would the other night my grandfather went here to eat and sat in his car a for few moments on a phone call with the hospital because his wife was in there dying and all he wanted to get something to eat the person that makes sandwiches left him in the lobby and then got another person and told him that they are refusing him service and told him to leave this place I would not step foot back in because of this incident this store should be ashamed for denied a man who was losing his wife of 40 years food I’m sorry that he didn’t go in to let everyone know his business I hope whoever them people working the other night is ashamed terribly treating people terrible service.
