Mcdonald's - Robertsdale

This is my favorite McDonald's in my area. The food is always hot, the French fries are always fresh, and the staff is very friendly. Not all McDonald's are equal - this one is the best in the area.

This McDonald's was well organized. I was traveling and stopped in to use the restroom, then ordered inside. The staff were fast, polite, and the sandwiches were hot and fresh. Great job, guys!

It was clear that they were busy but efficient. It took around 30 minutes to place our order. The elderly man taking our orders was pleasantly calm, mentioning they were not very busy. When I reached the second window, it seemed he was handling both windows as he handed me my food promptly and exactly as I had ordered. He did a fantastic job.

Placed a mobile order waiting 30 minutes never got food, went in and they had set it as a door folder so that my eating was cold

They were friendly, but quite incapable. the speaker outside didn't work, and they ignored my mother when she tried to tell them that it didn't work. how the worker turned completely and didn't recognize it at all when we were standing on the window. they have also made the half of our order wrong, even if it appeared correctly on the screen. only a very strange desire. again everyone was nice, seemed simply undertrained and probably very underpaid, so they didn't really care about a whole lot.
