I ordered a detox green island smoothie via app. I've done it multiple times at this location. Everytime I order it, I get it through the drive-thru. The last time I ordered it the employee told me that they don't give it through the drive-thru and that I needed to come in to get it. This never happened to me before this was the first time that they tell me this. So I park and I go in, no costumers were inside and it was only me in the drive thru so they could've easily gave it to me like they did every other time I ordered it. I didn't want to be a Karen so I took it and left. The staff at this location are always extremely ill mannered, I do not recall one time where they greeted me properly or said hello, bye, thank you, the simplest thing that they can do. They always look like they are being held hostage at that place but at the end of the day I am paying and its simple human decency. One time the smoothie had kale pieces like it hasn't been done properly. In conclusion, when I walked in and saw that they were not busy with costumers inside or outside yet they had me walk in to take a smoothie that they gave me before MULTIPLE times via drive thru, I was done. I deleted the app and I will never ever purchase anything whatsoever from that location or any other location because of lack of the simplest form of costumer service. No one should deal with rudeness and poor quality item in a costumer service establishment.
