Taco Riendo - Roanoke

Lovely little hole in the wall with top notch hispanic cuisine. The torta hawaiiana was absolutely amazing. The space is small but well used. Definitely a place I will come for lunch when I am on this end of town.

Pre-flight essential meal. So good, almost inappropriately good for Virginia Mexican food.

Tacos are to die for! very delicious and meat isn’t dry. you’ll leave happy and full ? place is small and can get a little overwhelming, not a lot of tables so plan to have food as take out. ps. don’t miss out on v-day birria tacos (pics included) Parking: there is barely any parking and due to the place being on the side of the road it makes it hard to get in

I say this without hyperbole, but these may be the best tacos in the New River valley. I've tried the tacos and most of the bigger cities I've went to, chicago, new york, etc, and these are on par with any of those I've tried. Very traditional and authentic, with tons of options, I personally have only had the steak, chicken, and carnitas tacos, but they have varieties for whatever your taste may be. There are lots of other items to try, tortas, etc. But I have only had the tacos. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their menu. Service is always fast and friendly. I strongly recommend this location.

We have been eating here at least once a week for the past few months and each time the experience has been amazing. The quality of the food is exceptional and the prices are more tha reasonable. If you haven't tried Taco Riendo yet then you are missing out on the most authentic tacos (and more! in town.
