Shula's 347 Grill Roanoke Sheraton

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner and the staff were very friendly.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only issue was that my wife asked for her steak to be cooked medium well, but it came out medium rare. However, she wasn't too bothered by it as it was still cooked well. Overall, the service was quick and friendly, our orders were accurate, and the food was both visually appealing and flavorful. The cheesecake for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal.

Per the hostess they were having trouble in the kitchen. We were presented a menu that had been printed and had perhaps 20% of what the menu on Open Table showed. A sign should have been posted on the door that only a limited menu was available and more importantly a notice on Open Table. We wasted an hour traveling to and from the place and had to then search for another place to have dinner

Our waitress Morgan was absolutely delightful! My raspberry martini was amazing.

Food came out cold three different times. Manager was not helpful.
