Reminis - Roanoke

Where do I even begin? The drinks were absolutely fantastic! We ordered three lemon drops, and they were undoubtedly the best I've ever had. The dining experience was wonderful, with large portions that guaranteed we went home with leftovers. The owner and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly! During our visit to Cary, NC, this restaurant was definitely the highlight of our trip. It's often challenging to find great Italian restaurants where we live, but Reminis brought back memories of how my father grew up in a wonderful Italian family. We will definitely return!

If I could give this restaurant a Michelin star, I certainly would! It's the best spot I've found in the Roanoke area. The open kitchen creates a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step inside, and the aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air. My boyfriend, who is from New Jersey, often complains about Italian food here, but he ordered the Pasta Natale and was completely blown away. The food is truly exceptional and highly recommended. Our server, Marla, was fantastic—absolutely amazing!

Update: 07/20/2022 We visited again with my husband's cousin's family. We had requested reservations for our party of nine, but when we arrived, we were seated right away. The bread was delicious; my children devoured it. We ordered the family-style fettuccine to share among the girls (two adults and kids aged 6, 8, 10, 13, and 16). One order of fettuccine and a side of chicken was plenty for all the girls, especially since we had the bread and a few appetizers. My husband and his cousin each ordered their own dishes and hardly made a dent in them. The portions are massive and delicious. We'll definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

Wow! Wonderful food, atmosphere and people! Watch this delicious (yes, could not resist a piece first) Ryan's Flatbread! And I can't wait to dig into the Greek salad! Reminis is my special treat. I recommend you try them. A new favorite!!!

Service was great. Family style meal for two was a great deal. The ceasar salad was fresh and flavorful. The bread was hot and delicious. Dessert was sooo good. We had a chocolate bomb and Tiramisu. Both were creamy and tasted great.
