Pizza Hut - Roanoke

New Cheez-es pizza is terrible. So dry but so greasy. Not enough filling. It's just not a good combination. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a large thin crust on the app and paid on the app including a 20% tip. I called. Said it would be done soon. Then someone came out and asked if I had made an order. The pizza came with all the ingredients in the middle as they were thrown up there. Since I was ready to move out, someone came out and said I didn't pay. What the hell are they smoking in there?

A pizza hat what you can say. I'm going to the lunch buffet, it's just $8 when you get water.

This was once the best of the 4 pizza hats I would visit. Now they stop fresh pizza for the buffet at 1:00, which I notice today. The manager said the buffet ends at 1:30 what I can understand, but the 9 customers in the restaurant were still looking to eat 1:30 would have been allowed to finish the meal. Instead of continuing to feed the males they have ordered, they stopped to bring out 3 crispy bread sticks, no cinnamon sticks have ever been seen. The same pizzas with 6 on them were the only pizza we've ever seen, which means that in the last hour only 1 new pizza was added. Whether the dead bugs in the windows, it lets me ask how clean tbe is back.

The lunch buffet was pretty horrible. The pizza literally tasted like cardboard (not an exaggeration) but that was only when it was stocked. The pizza was usually gone, and it went pretty fast when they served it since everyone was hungry. The waitress kept our drink cups full and was pleasant so that was a plus.
