Pizza Hut - Roanoke

My assessment is based on the willingness of delivery. I introduced my order online days before delivery and had asked several pizzas to be delivered from 11 o'clock for an employee upgrade lunchtime. the day of delivery I called at 1105 to check the status of delivery and was told that the driver had just left. the food was delivered only on 11:27 and our coworker was almost over. there has been enough time for this website to create and have our order in time. is an understatement. we will not order from here anymore.

The app was terrible to order on, it took over 45 minutes for me to order two large pizzas an an order of breadsticks and cheese sticks. The app kept shutting itself down, restarting, at one point they ran out of pan pizza crust then I had to start over again

I was never notified that my pizza had arrived, only that it was out for delivery. There was no knock nor was the doorbell rung. By the time I went out to check since I was tired of waiting, the pizza was already cold. I don’t know if they expect me to check my doorstep every 10mins but that just seems highly inconvenient. Sticking to dominos since they actually tell me when my food has arrived.

The pizzas were not made correctly they were so greasy we could only down 1 piece. Delivery driver was awesome, though!!!

We ordered the meat lovers with original crust and wings for pick up. Order was ready for pick up at the time provided. Online ordering experience very easy. I did not wait at the drive-through pick up for someone to flag me and complete the transaction. This Pizza Hut is helpful, friendly and professional and the pizza is always warm and tasty as is their wings and mozzarella sticks. We have a lot of choices for pizza (with delivery) in Roanoke I always recommend and prefer the Roanoke, TX Pizza Hut. Keep up the good work!
