Pb's Po Boys - Roanoke

I had the soft shell crab special po’boy and oh my GOD that thing SLAPPED. The bread is so perfectly crisp on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside. The remoulade is incredibly flavorful and the topping ratio is perfect. Soft shell crabs were fried beautifully. I also tried their homemade chips, and I’m usually not a chip person, but they are crunchy and well seasoned and I ate way more than I thought I would. Not to mention their staff is super pleasant and prompt! Their iced coffee is rad too.

We've loved everything we have tried so far! The oyster is my personal fave. Definitely the only worthwhile poboy place outside of NOLA!

I'm telling you one thing there's nothing like Po Boys

My first time trying the PO Boy's. I ordered the catfish boy! It was delicious ?. I'm from New Orleans so it's hard to impress me!! Great job ?

Well, well, well I ordered a po' boy today and to my pleasant surprise I received the biggest sandwich I have eaten in a long while (a true po' boy)... The sandwich was packed with a well balanced flavor, though I had the vegetarian I wasn't missing out at all... Crispy bun, perfectly fried green tomatoes, house remoulade, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles ... Recommendation don't eat before having one of these po' boy's if you don't plan on having leftovers ... Highly recommend ...
