Olive Garden Roanoke

This olive garden is well managed and watched my teamwork of his employees. The tables were deleted and cleaned in minutes, the manager was visible and worked with the staff, and our waitress was friendly and efficient. I only had the endless soup and the salad. My first soup bowl was hot and perfect. My second bowl of the same soup was barely lukewarm. When the waitress brought me another one, it was warm, not hot. Someone must measure the temperature of the soup for security measures! I'll give this olive garden a second chance. It deserves it.

Raven is absolutely the best server I ever had here!! The food came on time and hot! Raven had such an amazing personality! I truly felt like they cared about me and my dining experience! Went above and beyond! I will definitely come back and request raven to be my server! My husband and I came a week after Valentine's Day and it was awful I mean the worst experience ever. Apps never came food was cold. We're swore we weren't coming back. But I'm glad we did this time and thankful we got raven. They definitely changed our minds about Olive Garden and definitely recommending them to all my friends and family members. I also encourage whoever is reading this to ask for Raven! You will have the best experience ever!

The food was good, but the 5 stars are special for the server we had. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name (which I feel terrible) because it was a month ago, but he is a big, brown, complex gentleman who had been there for about 20 years. He was great! Very attentive and friendly. His service alone made our experience perfect.

Over the years this establishment has always been a good experience for my family. Today we usually get Carside Pick-up and I really can't find any sadness. The food is well prepared, tasty and timely. The ladies who brought out the food and orders were always nice and respectful.

I believe I have spoken on this location prior; still a great choice for you and your family to go too. Great food, service and menu. I decided to look at other things that might be of interest such as three of us ate for around 30 dollars for lunch. This included their salad, breadsticks and we drank water. Great deal. Definitely could spend more but if need too can enjoy a less expensive meal. Checked for handicapped accessibility: has a ramp right beside parking spots. Has a bathroom stall, plus sinks at a good height to wash hands. To add to this, had a changing table plus stool to lower under sink for young kids to reach.
