Maya's Kitchen - Roanoke

After searching the city for a quick meal, we stumbled upon The Fork at the market. The interior was quite dim with a bar atmosphere. The food was excellent and the bartender was very friendly. I ordered the BLT with plenty of speck and it was delicious. My friend tried the Queen and was impressed, saying it was the best meal she had ever had.

We ordered pizza, but it was not good. The restaurant was dirty and the staff seemed easily annoyed when serving us. There were also a lot of people coming in and out who were not customers, which made us uncomfortable, especially with our children. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant.

On our last day in Roanoke, we decided to have lunch in the city. The food was delicious and our server, Tay, was very attentive. I enjoyed the hot dog with paprika and sauerkraut, while my partner had the German bratwurst. The only issue we had was when a patron brought his dog (on a long leash) into the outdoor dining area where we were seated, allowing it to mingle with other diners. The dog and the patrons did not seem to know each other. Although the other patrons didn't seem to mind, we felt it was rude and should have been addressed by the staff.

That was my first time. my meal was great! this fish was seasoned and cooked for perfection! the owner was friendly and courteous, and the prices are also good. my family and friends will definitely encourage to stop a good meal.

The best restaurant in town..the food is excellent, the service is awesome and the atmosphere is fun..
