Hardee’s - Roanoke

I had the chicken wrap. My husband had a Frisco Burger. The service was good. But around the drink fountain was coffee creamer cups a d trash.

The hashbrowns were brown but not completely cooked. I asked for the Manager and Monique the so-called Manager gave me a second helping of the sa.e uncooked tater tots and she claimed that is the way they're supposed to be! New grease was her excuse. She refused to fix fresh tater tots and or make it right.I despise poor customer service!!!

Mangement is rude. Nobody seems to be doing their job other than the guy that has gauges, hence he’s pretty cute, but seriously everybody was outside smoking cigarettes while he was the one running everything. Turns out he they won’t promote him but mangement themselves even have a pretty bad mouth, I’ve been here off and on for years. It seems to be trend.

Witnessed customers insult, threaten, and throw things at these hard workers. All they are trying to do is work.. and you KNOW THEY DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH FOR ALL THAT. RESPECT THESE FAST FOOD WORKERS!! The young man in the drive thru with the 666 tattoo was the most respectful person I have ever met and personally went back to make our food because he wanted to make sure it was fresh and hot

Bathroom was a total disaster dirty, no tissue hair all in sink clothes hanging in stall. Microwave was broken so I couldn't get whst I ordered. Replacement sandwich was made wrong. Drink machines was leaking in the floor. Two girls in front was working hard trying to correct my order thst took 17 mins to complete. Never plan on ever returning to this establishment.
