Amazing food and amazing staff! Thank you for the hospitality and the birthday dessert

Great atmosphere, thoughtful and delicious selection of wines; one of my favorite places to meet friends and hang or grab dinner. Love the pizza and yummy vegetables sides. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Went there for a special celebration with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend. We started with Arancini di Riso and the calamari. Both excellent! We then had Duck Ragu, spaghetti bolognese which was as good as the one we had in the Italian alps many years ago, and The Bismarck pizza with an egg on top. All this delicious food was accompanied by a Pinot Noir, Grochau From Willamette, Oregon. We were so content that dessert was not necessary. The waitress was very attentive and yet discreet knowing when to come to our table. Three hours flew by quickly as the food and atmosphere of the restaurant were perfect. My 'félicitations ' to the chef! Each dish was a delight and executed perfectly. Being french I am a hard one to please so I 'm looking forward to going back. Will give the mussels and pizza a try next time.

We had the best evening at Furtunato- celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. It's gorgeous inside and out- the ambiance there is on point with any fancy restaurant in the poshest large cities in the country. Our service was great-with professional level servers who knew both the wine and food menu. The prices are just right as well. Actually slightly less than I'd expect to pay at a nice restaurant. I had the good fortune to spend 2 months living in Florence, Italy a few years back and this entire experience brought me back to the wonderful memories of long, slow evenings at the table-sharing many aperitivo and savoring each bite. Our night at Fortunato was THE BEST dining experience we have had in at least a couple of years-even over other trips to more critically acclaimed establishments.

Excellent place with great food. Too bad that they eliminated their Monday Half price wine special. It brought us in many many times on a day we normally rather stay home.
