I love this place! This restaurant is always reasonably priced, which is why I never go try new sushi places out because of the outrageous cost. Fish and knife is a great place to splurge with out breaking the bank! They have an excellent bar, the fish always smells and tastes fresh. Staff is so kind they have become friends over the years! It’s a wonderful causal dining spot serves well for a nice little sushi date.

I order from them on doordash often and the hibachi is always delicious! they always add extra sauce when I ask. have always loved this food!

Fish and knife is the best of trophy club. the best food, worth, quality and service. I can't beat it!

The personal was always super friendly. reasonable prices. adequate quality. a part of my ordinary lunch rotation.

The place was bright and clean. the seating was comfortable and not cramped. I ordered some edamame as starter while we checked the menu. the edamame came out hot and served simply and unsalted. my wife and I both decided on the Sushi/Sashimiter. I also ordered a squid salad for me and a soft scabbard roll for both of us. the squid was well prepared and simple. the roll was ok, but the rice tasted stale. we have our plates and the presentation was very nice. the salmon was buttery and the thunfish was soft and fresh. the rest of the plate tasted good, but the rice tasted stale. an average sushi menu. would have enjoyed more if I just sashimi. the service was fast, but cold.
