Duck Donuts - Roanoke

I absolutely love their donuts! They are freshly made just for you while you wait. Although there is a short wait time and the donuts are a little more expensive, it is definitely worth it!

First, the donuts were incredible—truly out of this world, even the next day—so they earn a solid 5 stars. The breakfast sandwich was just okay; it was average at best, and given the price, it didn’t stand out. However, I must remember that this is primarily a donut shop, not a breakfast sandwich destination, so I’ll give the sandwich a 2-star rating. Unfortunately, the coffee was quite disappointing. The color alone should have been a warning, as it came out looking overly white. I’d suggest the owners consider adding some coffee to the creamer; it could save the business some money. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all based on the coffee—it was significantly below average, earning a dismal 0 stars.

The donuts are fantastic! Are they better than Dunkin'? The price is slightly on the higher side at around $20 and some change for a dozen, but they're worth it.

If you like donuts this is a must I would definitely recommend the cinnamon sugar donut.
