Domino's Pizza - Roanoke

I ordered online and took advantage of the curbside service. The staff was quick to deliver my food, making the process very convenient. The food not only looked appealing but also tasted great.

The Domino's on Challenger Ave. is excellent. Not going to lie, I've had excellent customer service however twice it was poor. And I never saw those employees again. I use the app a lot and it works perfectly. My orders are always correct.

This place is ridiculous. I placed an order online and then received a call from Nicole informing me that they had shut down carryout for the night, two hours before closing time. I won't be ordering pizza from this location again.

I rarely encounter problems with this Domino's location. They sometimes have trouble with deliveries, and the pizzas are often a bit too saucy, so I've begun to order them well-done. However, I want to address the delivery charges... How is it acceptable to add $1 for each item on a delivery order, plus a $4.99 delivery fee? It feels like you're taking advantage of your customers, and it's definitely not appreciated!

You get what you expect most of the time. 4/5. Been trying to find a place like Dion's from my home back west. Brooklyn style comes closest in price and taste even when compared to independent pizza places. -0.5: Sometimes, chicken bites aren't doneright (missing Buffalo sauce). Chicken, in general, is a little too expensive for Tyson chicken bites with pizza cheese drizzledon top. -0.5: Brooklyn style is my favorite dough style but it's only available in large. Make all dough styles available tomedium and above.
