Domino's Pizza - Roanoke

I always stop in and grab a couple of hot ones for my grandbabies. Everyone is so friendly and speaks to you as soon as you walk in.

Placed my order at10:15 and they waited to start prepping it till after they closed and canceled my order , don’t go here!

We’ve been ordering from this store as long as I’ve been living in Roanoke (almost 10 years. We live on a dead end street that most people don’t know exists. We got an alert the order was delivered, and we went straight outside to grab it. Not there. We walked around the block to see if it was the wrong house. Nothing. We called the store, the manager was instantly disrespectful, saying “Okay??” when I told her the issue. She wouldn’t ALLOW me to speak when I tried to tell her we checked the neighborhood. She called back, saying they couldn’t do anything and it must’ve been stolen. No apologies, no refund, no care at all that they just ripped us off. If we immediately stepped outside when it said it was delivered, wouldn’t we see with our EYES if there was anyone outside????? I and my husband have never been talked to so disrespectfully by a “manager.”

Had a problem paying as their system wouldn't take credit cards. I was extremely inconvenienced and was told I couldn't order unless I paid cash. It would have been a plus and a positive review if they offered the pizza at no charge since it was their problem and not mine.

Walk-in order, a large order of parmesan bread balls to go. Love these little spheres of cheesy, buttery goodness. Delicious! Great customer service too, everyone was really nice and helpful. Great price for so much food too, less than $10.
