Cuban Island - Roanoke

We had a fantastic stop on our journey along Route 81 as we headed to Richmond. Although we arrived just before closing, we were met with warm smiles and given menus right away. Both the entrées and appetizers were outstanding, and the service was very friendly. We will definitely make this a regular stop on our future trips! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

What a fantastic discovery! I can't wait to return! The staff is extremely friendly, and the food is outstanding! Don't miss the lemonade—it's a must-try! The sandwich was enormous; the photo shows only half because my son couldn’t resist stealing the other half while I was snapping the picture!

Fantastic spot with lovely owners! And the coffee! I took a cappuccino to go back to my hotel, and my car smelled amazing—completely filled with the rich aroma of coffee. I can't wait to return when I'm back in Roanoke!

Hands down the BEST RESTAURANT that I have visited so far here in ROANOKE! ???? OMG ???? 1). WALKING IN We were greeted by the most beautiful soul! The owners have been married for 30 years and told my husband and I the most beautiful testimony of their love, sacrifice, and business journey! They made us feel AT HOME here 2) THE FOOD HOLY MOLY! It was soooooo good! Ummmmm... They can TAKE my money ANYDAY! I ordered the chicken and shrimp plantains,

The food here is always fantastic. Lots to choose from and the home made salsa can kick up the level if you want. The deserts here are really good as well. Usually have to get them to go as the portions are large and the cakes too good to pass up. The service is as good as the food! One of my favorite all the restaurants.
