CiCi's Pizza - Roanoke

Carbohydrate overload! great place to feed a group of people and fast. bar comes with salatable, pasta bar, pizza, and they always have a kind of dessert on there too. several tvs there to see the games. self-service. very reasonable price wise, they stay away when they count karbs, there are many of them to pick up there.

Review. * I have tried to dinate twice in the last 12 months and will not do any more. at the first time when my family went, we waited 5 minutes or more for the theke and never saw anyone coming out of the way to welcome us and take our money so that we could eat so that we were on the way. Meanwhile the other dinners that were waiting for pizza were among the empty buffet tablets. the 2nd time that we went, we waited for theke 5 minutes or more, and no one came the register to help us, so we went out again and went into the towers mall position as soon as we went into we were greeted and immediately was asked by a friendly manager and was asked...read more

Thurs. nite, Kid's buffet is $2.99 for 12 and under...A wonderful and very professional young lady, Ayesha, greeted me and 2 grandsons....salad bar small, but sufficient, soup good, Macaroni with two sauces (cheese or marinara) are delish, Pizza, not so...but then, it's not WNY...and the brownies have been replaced with a lemon bar...so it was more sweet rolls.... The thing that really impressed me was how the manager treated some late-comers....Even tho it was closing time, and some food was depleted, she had more brought out so that the guests could enjoy their outing to the fullest. Restaurant clean, ladie's room also, and the bussing was done on time....Excellent place for familes...you can really relax...

I want to say Thank You to the staff of CiCi's Pizza in Roanoke, VA. I went there today with my mother-in-law and two small children. My mother-in-law has been battling some health issues and had an episode going into the restaurant. The staff was so very kind and thoughtful. They ran over to help us, got us to a table, brought us our tray, and to top it off they gave us our meal on the house. Of course the food was good (as it always is), but the kindness of the staff is what impressed me! THANK YOU!
