The food was absolutly gross. The meat was so dry that it made it so hard to eat. There are much better local restaurants in terms of quality and price.
Food is good as usual. Service... not so much. We did an online order for the drive through and when we got there the employee asked us what we wanted to drink. The drinks are on the ticket. We told him and he said we would have to come inside because that specific drink was in a different part of the store. Are they incapable of navigating their workplace? If I told my client something similar I would be homeless. I've worked in restaurants and managed them and this location is obviously in need of leadership. Lastly, our order was wrong. Frustrating because Chipotle is a good chain, just not this location.
Really bad experience. I ordered delivery and got the wrong thing completely (wanted a veggie bowl and got chicken with no beans? and there is NO way to contact the store directly. The online help sucks and offered a free drink. I finally called their main customer service line to get a refund but even they can’t contact the store or share this feedback. What a terrible system all around.ETA: the comment says to visit customer service which I did! That was part of the issue. And clearly you’re not listening now either.
I’d give less stars but not able to. Totally sucked today. Girl told me no they were out of steak, but guy behind her was cutting some up. Out of queso completely. Sucks sucks sucks !!!!!
