Chick-fil-a - Roanoke

Nothing more but inefficient. Typically Chick-fil-A stores are well known for their above and beyond service, friendly atmosphere, good quality food, and professionalism. This store in specific fails to meet some of these expectations. As a person who works for a third-party delivery company, this store is one of the worst places to be. The wait time to receive your order is ridiculous. The only thing this store is consistent with is being consistent at having incredibly delayed service. The management at this store needs to improve the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the staff, because there’s no reason why I’ve had to continuously wait 15+ and 20+ minutes to receive my order on multiple occasions.

My bread always falls apart when I eat at this location. Other than that it's perfect.

This is an amazing place to eat, all employees are fantastic, I will say that I didn't see a lot of areas for people with babies or small children , which is not a bad thing , I really felt like I was eating a college hangout with the surroundings.

Of course CFA is the best fast food, but their prices (11.50 for a 12 count nugget) is absurd.

Totally botched my order and the person never said: It 's my pleasure . Disappointed.
