Cheesesteak Factory - Roanoke

This place is phenomenal! I'm sorry I couldn't post a picture of the Chesesteak I got, but it was eaten before I could get my camera out! the staff is exceptional, eating is hot, extremely tasty and worth every penny. will certainly give that place my money when I am in the opposite.

The food is very good and you get more than your money worth. I will be back.

This is for the location on Williamson Rd. I give them 3 because we paid over $22 for a couple of sandwiches and we got a sad piece of bread with a couple of fries on the side. Tried talking to the server and she said that's how they came. IV eaten at the Salem location an never had this issue.

Mediocre. The restaurant was busy, so the wait time for the food was long. The restaurant was very hot I was drenched in sweat by the time I received my food. There were also many flies flying around inside the restaurant. I ordered the oxtails, and the food was bland. The oxtails and cabbage had very little flavor, the rice tasted like it came from a box, and the rice and beans only had about 12 beans. It was disappointing and not worth the hot wait.

I came to try the food but luckily I went to the bathroom first. That turned me completely off. The cooks look dirty, one older white gentleman that came out of the back looked intoxicated. The cook came in the front door to make an order after smoking outside, I hope he washed his hands first. The floor had a greasy feeling to it that make my shoes slide from the restroom all the way out the door. Just confused why something that looked like cooking utensils were in the public restroom...???
