Ruby Tuesday - Roanoke Rapids

That was without a doubt the dirty ruby Tuesdays we were ever. the blinds loaded with dust and fat were not cleaned and the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. I have chicken pliers. they were so hard that you couldn't bite them. the waitress, no name, I didn't seem to care. when he was asked for a manager, he said to see it online!

Absolutely sad restaurant. We have attempted to have dinner here twice and each time there is hardly anyone there but we are told there is a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Apparently this restaurant does not like customers. There were only 3 tables seated this time and we would have had to wait 45 minutes?

Double R had some bad restaurants but Ruby Tuesday’s is by far the worst!!! The staff were very unprofessional looking, bartender had nails a mile long and did nothing but text! You could hear hollering and fooling around from back 40 minutes for a burger and fries with five people eating on the restaurant . Would give a negative ten if possible

They didn't put our order in until after we arrive to pick it up at the designated time. Of all the places I can choose to spend my cash in this day and time, Ruby Tuesday's will not get my money. Server didn't seem to care. Tried to say the kitchen was backed up, but that was not true...she was too busy on her phone to check the tickets. Got home and they shorted us on our food and it was undercooked. I'm guess they rushed once they realized they had forgotten to prepare it. Waste of time and money.

Ordered online. Got there on time only to wait 30 minutes because someone didn't take the ticket to the back. Ordered New Orleans seafood. It was undercooked and fishy.
