Refined and gourmet cuisine. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Belgium. It is not yet starred but deserves to be. I strongly advise the accompaniment of wines that are always carefully chosen.

It was beautiful and good but lacked some flavors. The setting is very pleasant with an open kitchen. This creates a certain effervescence. It's still nice. We took the lunch. My colleague did not like raw salmon, so the chef presented a cooked dish. Good for that. The dishes were very well presented. They were good but sometimes lacked flavor. In the end, a good lunchtime.
