Good evening, mine is a criticism that I hope you open your eyes to the owner. At 22.10 I showed up with 9 other friends and 8 children in the club that seemed to look great. The waiter at the coffee counter with arrogance and with indisputable doing told us that nn had room for us without even checking or asking the staff of the room.... I understand that maybe at 10 pm taking a table for 18 people is challenging, but it should be explained to those who hold these employees in critical moments. I will attach the photos to highlight the free places, I'm just sorry to have asked about the owner, I wanted to hear if you accepted with the employee to send the customers away. Personally I think that being in a privileged position (some bars nearby) should be the point of attracting more and more business and not moving away customers who are then the only source of gain! Ah, cmq we have chocolate taken the same but in another bar!!!! You'll be happy with the owner!

I was with my family on 1 January 2023 tonight. The waiter at the bar desk told us we couldn't sit down despite there were free seats. Maybe because we were so many (10 adults and 8 children) or maybe because they didn't want to work anymore. Too bad! A star!

A cozy place with courteous, uncompromising hosts, real professionals like their staff. Great food and a discreet cellar.
