New York Bagel Cafe Deli

This place was so so yummy! Fresh, hot, filling and wonderful over the top customer service. They use top quality products and you can tell! So glad we stopped into grab breakfast! They have an extensive menu not just bagels go check them out your belly will love you for It!

NEW OWNERS. STEPHANIE DOES NOT RUN THIS SHOP!!! The new owners are clearly stealing the previous success of a hard working woman. They didn't even change the sign!!! Stephanie was wonderful, and her quality of food was great. The service used to be regulated and pleasant. Now, this is terrible. The bagels are trash. The service is horrid. Today I had to return three different things in a five item order!! The omelette was wrong, and all the toppings were in one side of it, so we didn't know it was incorrectly made until half way in. They refused to correct it or refund us. The omelette was inedible due to the BACON my Jewish husband didn't order. We ordered broccoli and cheese. My tea (iced, out of a dispensary) tasted moldy. Actually moldy. It was disgusting, and when I tried to return it for something someone could actually drink, the manager told me he himself refuses to drink the tea in his own place, knowing it's terrible. The server/workers argued with me about what we'd clearly ordered. The food was overpriced and not only incorrect, but of a poor quality. The bagels are just... Sad. Everything tastes frozen and sad. We miss you, Stephanie.

Came here for breakfast. My wife and I were the only customers standing in the empty store. No hello. No Bagels made. Doesn't even smell of bagels. Employees looked at us and walked off. Won't be back. Dunkin is down the street.

You have no other options if you want a bagel in the morning in this area. And no other options we saw for a deli. But this place is not good. Go to the subway or the publix across the bridge. Service is terrible. We got a sandwich and the bun is rock hard stale. It’s unbelievable that someone would cut that roll and serve it to another human that paid them money and think that was acceptable. This place is a joke.

Food was good. But dear lord they are so slow. I came in with 2 friends. They took 1 order, then made it. Then took the 2nd order ...then made it. It took forever. There was 2 employees so why one person couldn't ring up while the other made food is beyond me. We came in with one other person in the place. By the time we left there was 5+ people still waiting to order. NY bagels? In New York people would have lost it to wait 10 mins to order especially when there were no other customers.
