Love goes to these innocences! Always go for 4 for 4 and I am always satisfied with the food, service and how well the dining area is. So grateful for the employees who always give me great customer service and recently kept my personal belongings safe when I left them behind! Next time, I will definitely get some names because these employees deserve to be recognized

12:20 am I moving up, they closing at 1:00 am? You say we're closed? before I can even answer and say. Didn't you close at 1:00? You didn't even react. I'm moving into the window and seeing a worker sitting on the phone. In the meantime, the cook goes by with an AirPod, grabs his food and just goes back to the back. This is not the first time that this happens. But as a secret shopper, I am glad that I have a conversation with the store manager to look at the cameras. New branch and already with workers put customers to make them profitable.???

I?ve wait in register for 10 min nobody came up worst customer service I had ever had

Went there today for first time because my husband has been sick and was wanting a "Dave 's doubleburger.....went inside to order 2 burgers...waited for 30 minutes for two dry, well done, cold burgers on soggy buns. The cook literally THREW my burger to the girl putting it in the bag!!!! We will definitely NOT return to this Wendy 's.
