Taco Bell - Riverview

I typically don't have the greatest experiences with service, but on January 18 of this year, I was fortunate enough to be served by Lourdes, who truly made a difference. From the moment she took our order, she was incredibly sweet. Rather than hurriedly pushing us along, she patiently waited and asked if we were ready to move on after each item we chose. Her lovely voice and bright smile really brought a warm atmosphere to the entire restaurant. Lourdes exemplifies outstanding customer service. Thank you, Lourdes, for an amazing experience! You're fantastic!

This Taco Bell location is a bit slow, but unlike many other fast food restaurants, they always get our orders correct. We've been here at least four times, all after 10 PM, and every experience has been positive. The staff is friendly, and our orders are consistently accurate. For instance, we asked for no tomatoes, and they always make sure to leave them out of our meals. Whenever we request modifications, they get it right every time. I really value employees who take their jobs seriously. I'm more than willing to wait in line for 20 minutes to ensure my food is fresh and accurate. It’s a nice change from other places that prioritize speed and often mess up the orders. I will definitely continue to come back here for my late-night Taco Bell cravings!

I recently dined at a new restaurant and had a great experience. The service was prompt, and the staff handled their responsibilities efficiently. The food was satisfactory, akin to the quality and taste of a typical Taco Bell. The restaurant's interior and restrooms were clean, and the air conditioning was set to a pleasant temperature. Overall, I would recommend it.
