Steak 'n Shake - Riverview

I always came to this place with my family, and the last three times I'm gone, have messed up my order. when we were here (the last time that I will go for a long time) they gave us a regular bun each (on a child's tender meal and an adult three pieces tender meal) and two crisp nuggets of in the grunde only fried teig, and again not cheese on my regular cheeses. they continued to repair it by tendering with a unique regular hen (not for each plate, only one in a cup) and I don't child it, a unique piece of cheese sauce in a beaker. the manager couldn't even worry so much that he insulted me so much and made another employee responsible for it. the poor guy knew what the manager told him that he wasn't right and looked excited, who was one of the alleged corrections to me.

First time ever going to a restaurant and my food being in a plastic cup?? Also ordered a milkshake and it’s not filled up. 1/4 of the cup is whip cream

They have amazing shakes and they are so on the ball with people who pick up deliveries for doordash

Well where to begin...So after being closed for two years to indoor dining I was glad to see they were open again. However now you have to order from kiosk, no waiter; you have to pick up yourself, again no waiter; fix your own drink, served in red plastic basket, no silverware, all that and you get to spend about 40 to 50 more. Food was as good as ever and place was newly remodeled, but overall was extremely disappointed. I know help is an issue but it seems they could have paid their employees a few dollars more an hour, saved on the hundreds of thousands of dollars spent to remodel

I enjoyed my experience at this location. I would drive out the extra miles just to come here due to the difference in customer service. The staff was attentive and talked to us right away when they noticed we were at the pickup area. They were busy, but still took the time to attend to their customers. I love the fries in the cups! I was able to put it in my cupholder and devour them fresh.
