Moe's Southwest Grill - Riverview

You can guarantee they will ALWAYS be out of at least two or more main ingredients. It’s like these guys don’t know how to count, plan or prepare. It’s not even 5pm and they ran out of adobo chicken, steak and grilled veggies. I’m not accepting “supply chain shortage” as an excuse anymore and I’m done giving Moe’s multiple chances, when there are other options available. I won’t be surprised or sad when they go out of business.

This Moe’s is sickening. I paid for my food no complaint, that’s not the problem. They gave me my change and the $50 bill they gave me was a fake. I tried asking for my money back and they refused and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I called the cops and the workers disrespected not only me but the cops as well. Don’t ever come here!

We arrived a half hour before closing and they were putting chairs up on tables. They looked at us like we were crazy for coming in. When we asked what time they closed, they said "not for a while, but wew are out of almost everytthing and we dont make new food this late anyway. So you can try to order and we can get whatever we have, but we wouldnt recommend it.Wow. They woudln t recommend eating at their establishment. Says tons.The Customere Service was non-existent, as they talked to us and acted like we were impacting their closing and livelihood by just being there. Wont go back there. Any store that doesnt stay open for service until their closing time doesnt deserve anyone 's patronage.

Do not goto this location. Have been two times within the last month. Both times, the location does not have items in stock.Today, there was no sour cream, mild salsa, chicken and no soda in their machine. The chips were also fried to long and was nasty. This was a waste of $30.This was at noon, not at the end of the day.

We got there at 11:37 am and the place was filthy dirty. They were scraping at the bottom of the pan for salsa that looked like it had been there for days. No prep work was done. None of the containers of toppings/protein/veggies looked fresh or topped off. They looked old. Counters were dirty. Employees looked dirty as well. Pop machine was splashed and dirty. I will never order or go back there again.
