Love me some Arby's. Cashier was obnoxious and clearly didn't want to be there. I guess places are desperate for help these days. At least the food was good. I got the French Dip and it didn't disappoint. I try to stop in when I'm in the area, sure wish they'd expand in the Bloomingdale area.
I ordered a French Dip sandwich through Uber Eats, and when you think of a French Dip, the first thing that comes to mind is the dip itself. So, I'm left wondering how, as an employee, you could prepare a French Dip sandwich without including the dip! Seriously, it feels almost intentional. It's like ordering a pizza without any toppings. I won't be ordering from this place, or any Arby's, ever again. I'm fed up with the poor service and the eye rolls. In the end, I had to throw away my sandwich, which was just meat and cheese without any condiments, because it’s supposed to be a French D-I-P!
I see why this place is always empty. The employees show it on their faces and in their voices. I felt miserable while waiting for my food. Food was fresh and hot though.
This was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten! The bun was burnt, and the beef was dried out. I definitely won't be returning!
