Came here recently with my family, first impression was when I went to open the door- look at this door handle Then after standing at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. I shouted out Hello? about four employees came out of nowhere, the one staring at his phone at the drive thru didn 't notice us, or even bother looking up. (I think he had ear buds in) Food was below average, I think that 's a chain wide issue. The employees were helpful once they knew we were there. For the price increases we are seeing it would be nice to walk in to a nice clean environment and be greeted by helpful, cheerful crew.
Way over priced. Orderd 8 piece chicken tenders. Only got 7 and two of them where size of a key. Payed $19.00 for this. What a joke! On top of that it wasent even chicken. Now they use plants in place of chiken. Never going back there again.
A bit surreal. This KFC cancelled our door dash order the first order we placed (after it was supposed to arrive because some items “weren’t available” When we ordered online for pick up, I arrived 5 mins after — little bit of cushion — and when I arrived — because it was a “large order” a 12 piece and a 6 piece — i was informed that they didn’t have that much chicken on hand and would have to cook the chicken. Another 30 minutes!!!!! Assuming that is true (it was not that much chicken why did they even give me an ETA on the pickup that I tried to time. Why didn’t they tell me that when I ordered. I would have just driven over 30 mins later rather than sitting in the parking lot since the lobby is closed. Lame!!!
Very poor quality Original recipe, the breading on both breasts was missing making the breast thoroughly greasy. The breading left on the remainder was doughy white and inedible. I ordered the 8 piece with 2 coleslaws and got a pint and 1/2, one was half way full. I know chicken and would never put this product out. The manager did not listen and was extremely patronizing telling me there wasn’t much she could do since it was cooked in grease, taking no responsibility what so ever and just wanted to get me off the phone like she’s heard it all before. My loyalty is to KFC for personal reasons and doubt even the Colonel would eat it. This location is uncaring and inconsistent. No more passes from me.
My husband went to pick up the chicken meal, they were out of biscuits and said it would take 20 minutes to cook them. He asked for an extra cole-slaw but they said they couldn’t do that without charging him. Then he asked for extra potatoes, nope..they couldn’t do that either. What they could do is charge him for the meal that included the biscuits but not give him any biscuits. When is that type of customer service allowed? He did say the Island girl was very helpful and apologetic but when the young manager got involved that is when things went south.
