IHOP - Riverton

We went in while they're doing their construction, which seemed like it would have hindered service, but it didn't! Our visit was absolutely amazing and our server, Samuel provided hands down, the best service we've had in a long time! He was friendly, helpful, accommodating, professional and very personable. I'd love to see more people like Samuel in the service industry! The food was fast and great. The bathrooms were clean, much cleaner than what I was expecting to find, which makes me so happy to see! The restaurant was also clean and also well managed, it was evident by how smoothly it was run.

Good experience, the food tasted great. They were a little slow for lunch but have us an extra crepe for the wait. Clean environment with friendly staff.

We had a large group and our waitress had trouble keeping up with us. That's completely understandable under the circumstances, but other places tend to adapt better. My fish and chips initially came out without tarter sauce, lemon or really anything. I'm fairly confident that isn't normal. The fish was great, and that's the important part. The fries were so so. I think we were over-billed. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to look into it, but the bill didn't make sense. Too much chaos perhaps. Don't take large groups.

The food and service was great! However it took a bit longer than desired to get the food to our table. Overall I would come again, just not if time is any sort of concern.

Let me start off by saying my server was very pleasant and by no means is the rating I am giving is a reflection on her. I ordered soft scrambled eggs as a side with my crepes. My crepes came out cold. The picture of the eggs i have attached to this review. The picture is of the 2nd order of soft scrambled eggs because the first was hard scrambled. Unfortunately, the replacement eggs were just as hard. While I was waiting I notice a couple of families that were seated but no one came over to get their orders. One got up and left. The other waited and was eventually served. I think there were only 2 servers on duty. Anyway, I was not at all satisfied with my food. I am not a frequent patron of Ihop but every now and then I want crepes. Maybe it was just a bad Sunday morning for them.
