Arby's - Riverton

Top shelf service every time we eat there. Wish the lobby was open a little more often, but thy drive thru is fine and they do a great job getting our orders correct.

Very impatient at the drive up window. They expect you to know what you want as soon as you pull up. And then continue to ask you if you're ready every 10 seconds when I told her I would let her know when I was ready to order. Frustrating! The curlyfries were old and crumbly. My coke was gross. My beef and cheddar was slapped together as if a 3 year old made it. I won'treturn to this location.

The Arby’s on 12600 S Redwood is the best Arby’s I was. The manager is very friendly trying his best to ensure that all orders are done correctly. His employees are also very nice. I never had a problem with eating properly tasted or messed up order. This allows managers to work there. Keep the good work you do!

Michael took my order in the register. Nice and very appealing. The food came well, although the pommes were a little crispy. Someone has to get the crumbs. When they were busy when I left the team, a fast pace of work remained slow. Overall a good experience!

Janice is one of their best employees! She's the only reason I'm coming to this Arby site. She is always friendly, pleasant and helpful. Always take time to serve their customers and listen to them and what they need. This girl needs a raise!
