Wendy's - Riverside

I waited five minutes just for my order to be taken, and then it took another twenty minutes to get through the drive-thru. I couldn't even get out of my car because there were two vehicles in front of me and a line of cars behind me.

My order wasn't prepared correctly, and they forgot to include my sweet and sour sauce and ghost pepper ranch. There's definitely room for improvement in that area. Additionally, the lady at the front could use a little more friendliness in her smile. This is my bun, since my order was messed up, ma'am.

The food was delicious and served piping hot, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was pleasant, likely due to the restaurant being mostly empty.

The customer service was disappointing; I waited 25 minutes for my order. My son had asked for a chocolate frosty, and this is what we received??? I am really let down and won’t be coming back.

I am a huge fan of Wendy's! It's amusing because when I first moved to this area, there wasn't a location nearby, and the closest one was by the plaza. Thankfully, that's changed! The food has always been fantastic, and I’ve never encountered any problems with my orders or rude service. I highly recommend this restaurant! It’s in the same building that used to house George the Greek.
