Wang Cho Korean Bbq - Riverside

One of the worst korean bbqs I've tried so far. It had a nice place but the food and vegetables were of very low quality and everything was horribly bad.Food: 1/5

Wang Cho has its ups and downs. Some days, the atmosphere can be lively and energetic, while other times it feels a bit stagnant, like the air conditioning isn’t doing its job. The service varies too; some servers are very courteous and attentive, while others are less so. However, the food is outstanding, and the green tea salt is particularly addictive. One point of concern during a recent visit was how they handle charges for larger groups. I was part of a smaller group that expected to be larger but ended up being just a few of us when seated. Despite this, we were still charged the higher rate for large groups and were mistakenly told that it was for the tip, which was clearly not the case. I find this kind of business practice frustrating, and I advise anyone dining in groups to carefully check your receipts when settling the bill. As for parking, it’s usually quite good, even on Saturdays!

We came in for a birthday dinner. Our server was not the friendliest or attentive. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like napkins and water because she kept forgetting. She was not really checking up on us or asking how our food was or if we needed anything else. I asked for a salad 3 times until it was finally brought out. It’s kind of stupid too that you can only request things through a server when there’s so many employees running by you, but what happens when your server is no where to be found for half an hour?! It was so bad that we requested a new server but did not get one. We were so upset that even a linemen just ended up putting in an order for us. For the price you’re paying, you’d expect better service. The tips should go to them as they do more work.

We ordered the “Emperor” All You Can Eat option, and every piece of meat we received was incredibly delicious! The staff was exceptionally attentive, frequently coming by to replace the grills and take our next round orders. I would highly recommend stopping by this restaurant, and I can't wait to visit again!

I eat a lot of Korean BBQ and I've been to a lot of places. I can say without a doubt in my mind that Everett provided the best service I've ever had. Dude deserves a raise! The food was amazing and thanks to our server it was always on time! Eat here if you like good food and great service!Food: 5/5
