Then we stood in line (only people waiting to order) as two employees walked back and forth preparing orders for over 5 minutes before taking our order. Also if you need to use the restroom while enjoying your drink, you will be disappointed as they will give the usual “out of service” excuse for not allowing people to use their customer restrooms. If you are serving food/ beverages it should be mandated to provide a place for relief
The drinks are alright. they don’t make them like they use to haha every time i go my drinks are warm w no ice or taste like water never filled to the top. mmm maybe the person making my drink was just having a bad day lol
I always order ahead. The app works as it should; fast, efficient has a good reward system
The place looked very modern and neat, and the Boba tea tasted great, high quality Boba and Drink. (I got brown sugar milk tea.
Went around 9pm and ordered 3 drinks. The problem was the girl in green? Blue shirt making the drink. She had a slight attitude and was short-ended with me. While ordering she kept cutting me off and hurrying me up because I didn't know what size and how sweet I wanted the drink. I know that sometimes it's annoying but if you want to deliver customer service you didn't have to be impatient with me. The only nice person was the other girl who handed us our drinks. This was my first time here and with this experience, I won't be coming back again. I'm not a Karen, but let's be for real. If this is my experience, imagine what others have encountered . BFFR
