Little Caesars Pizza - Riverside

I made a phone call and had to wait 30 minutes after I had waited 15 minutes to go to the store and pick up. All the others who came after me to make an order got food before me after waiting for 30 minutes. I'll come home and realize that a piece of my pizza is missing! This is all unacceptable and will report to the company!!! I'm not going to order back there?.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They are always on the back to cross around, are NIE in the register to help customers. Last night they were not only rude, but ruined my pizza and I didn't know until I was home and I certainly didn't go back to them. I asked for a manager, and the person who claimed to be the manager was one of the kids in the back of the head who sneaked around. They refuse to give their names. They don't have name tags, and they don't give the shop manager name. The waiting time for the hot n finished pizza is longer than if you have special order. Horrid Customer Service skills!!!

It used to my favorite pizza it was hot and fresh and now it is cold an old and they do not answer the phone. Counter person Brandon they need to train him with customer service. I brought back the pizza I bought to make her new, and he wanted to recharge me for a new pizza so you left the pizza and I never came back to Little Ceasars. We have fast-live pizza around the corner, with free spices and hot and fresh pizza? And now I will post on all social media about my experience. I hope this can be a help for new customers looking for a hot and fresh? Pizza?

The pizzas I ordered until the last was really good. I order online and the pizza was always ready. The last veggie pizza I ordered had no mushrooms or onions. Otherwise it was good.

They supposedly close at 10pm and I get there at 9:40pm and the employees 2 females and 1 male are already walking out to close and they wouldn?t sell me pizza but I see them carrying 3boxes of pizza with sauce and crazy bread but yet didn?t want to take my order. I am so mad but I kept my cool. I should?ve took a picture so that I could upload it. I will come tomorrow at the same time just so that I can get a picture of them walking out with boxes of pizza.
