Kfc - Riverside

I have no idea what they served me that was meant to be chicken; it was absolutely terrible. One of the pieces didn't even have skin on it. The half that was supposed to be extra crispy definitely wasn't. The only redeeming part of the meal was that the mashed potatoes and gravy were hot. Overall, what a waste of $40!

So my Manager Dulce Hernandez and my coworker Rodrigo introduce themselves as friends but in reality are cousins dating eachother. it is disturbing working here. we always have to witness them running to the manager break room and making out in there. i wish i can be a manager and get paid to hire my cousin just to sleep with him at work and be awkwardly close her

I placed an online order for around 100 chicken nuggets for a party, scheduling a pick-up several hours later. When we arrived at the requested time, they hadn't prepared our order, and we ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes. Rather than being apologetic about the delay, the staff seemed annoyed and frustrated by the need to fulfill our order. I do not recommend this location.
