Jack In The Box - Riverside

I visited the drive-thru and was instructed not to proceed until they signaled me to do so. It seemed like they were trying to manipulate their drive-thru timing.

At the start, I was asked to wait before approaching the window to pay and pick up my food. I ordered a number 11 and found that the chicken was undercooked. I requested a lettuce wrap Jack Wrap but instead received a chicken tender in a bowl with pickles. Other branches of this restaurant seem to be able to make the lettuce wrap correctly. Additionally, I asked for spicy good good sauce but received the regular version instead.

The service was terrible. We joined the line at 3:20am, but when we reached the window, they informed us that they were no longer taking orders. It would have been nice if they had told us earlier. Now it's 3:49am, I'm still waiting in line, and I'm starving.

I've never had to do a bad review but I'm tired of it happening again this jack in the Crack location is horrible! Not only do you have to wait in line for 45 min to receive your order and no it wasn't packed 5 cars in line and it took 45 min to receive my order and not only that but they tell you that you have to wait an additional time before they can take your payment and after that they take your payment and then tell you to park in the front and wait for them to bring your order again! I wish that was all so apparently they can't seem to understand that I ordered a double jack and instead they keep giving me a jumbo jack I specifically said the number so there wouldn't be any mistakes and they still can't get it right! And to top it off my drink didn't taste like soda ? so you need to stay away from this location! I won't be coming back and I do not recommend it either! Jack in the box used to be the GOAT! it's sad to see it fall.

They definitely didn’t put the “fast” in fast food. So much for ordering
