I’ve had a couple of minimal issues with this location before, but nothing to trip about, though today a young employee openly mocked me after I grabbed my mobile order because she didn’t understand what my special instruction meant. I wasn’t going to bore her with a specific explanation, so after I gave a basic answer and she looked confused, I just said nevermind, only to hear her loudly mocking me to a coworker before I had even left the store. I’m not going to post her name here, especially because she surely didn’t intend for me to hear, but I did and it definitely made me uncomfortable??
Came earlier for some coffee and breakfast. i realized they were taking too long so i went to go ask and the rude barista (i don’t know her name but she was small and mexican) said it’s been sitting there and to pay attention next time. They got my name wrong that’s why i did not know i was called but yet she was so rude about it. this location needs better employees.
It was Commencement day so a lot of people there trying to grab some coffee, employees where fast n friendly.
The employees need to be more organized. They didn’t make my drink. After a while I asked them and they said they didn’t have my order. They even wanted to charge me again for a croissant that I had already in my hands and took it from me. Even after I showed them my recipe they kept looking on the computer for my order like if I was lying. Specially the guy that came to try to fix the problem really made me feel like I was trying to steal or something. They gave me the items after a while all cold already.
