With their extensive menu there is something for everyone. This is great date spot or an outting with your girls. Our server was amazing and his voice was ?hopefully he takes the suggestion of recording reading of some audio books or something haha

Cold food why would they take some of the food off my plate and redo it slow service manager didn't give a rat's and I'm done with this place I will not go back it's to expensive and it was terrable I remember being the same way last year when we went

If u want sid down fast food this is ur spot. The one dish that is well worth getting is the beet Citrus avocado salad. Oh almost forgot portion are huge. If ur there before 5pm u can order a lunch portion tiny bit smaller but a lot more manageable.

The management at this location is horrible. They should be fired for the customer service they gave my Latino bi-polar Son out for his birthday with his Trans friend. If I could give a -10 I would. As a family whom owns multiple Mexican Restaurants, a Tortilla factory and others. Our corporation is about Customer Service first. Without our customers we wouldn 't be as big as we are. I 'm deeply saddened by the way my son and his friend were treated at one of our favorite eateries. I feel he was racial profiled after the his friends meal was served in two halfs because it was brought out cold. They almost walked out when the rest of the meal was coming out. I told my son to speak to a manager and explain what happened. However Ms Iris Flores and Ms Dani Riva were uninterested and very unprofessional. When my son said he didn 't want to pay for the meal that wasn 't correct they were more interested in making my son feel intimidated. They should have compted the meal that was unsatisfactory. It 's not about the money as my sons trust fund is more than these 2 will see in a life time. Unfortunately they apparently don 't need BROWN or TRANS people at this location. And if your treated with terrible Customer Service which is basically what the restaurant business is about. Or your meal is served in half because it wasn 't cooked enough. These 2 managers really don 't care. GUESTS might want to bypass Riverside Cheesecake Factory and dine somewhere else. Dining should be great food, great service and fun. And the management should make sure all their guests are treated as they would want to be when they go out to dine. I hope these managers are reprimanded for their handling of this situation if you worked for me you would be FIRED!

The food was mid, didn't have a lot of flavor would have been better off with going to Applebee's
