Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have been in ER for 6 hours and not seen a doctor for my 80 year old mother. Kidney drain tube clogged and we think she has a kidney infection. And we continue to wait.
I went in for surgery January 2023 for a rare condition of my bladder and colon called colovesicul fistula. I was treated by Dr Aras Emdadi and couldn't be happier. Dr Emdadi and the entire medical staff did an amazing job from the time of check in to my release. My check in at the G-Tower did not take long and the process was smooth. All the nurses and doctors were comforting, respectful and attentive. My recovery from surgery went well and was discharged within 3 days. I'm impressed with my experience and my family also had a comforting experience. Thank you Dr Emdadi and the rest of the medical staff, keep up the good work. ???
Their fast track system is amazing! I really don’t understand how other hospitals don’t follow or implement a fast track. Every time I’ve gone I know exactly what’s going on, how long I’ll wait and they start treating you immediately! The whole time you’re there 2-4 hours you are being treated and checked in all at once. I love Riverside Community Hospital and all the doctors and nurses are amazing! Thank you.
4 Stars for above average cafeteria meals, including excellent fresh veggies (except the corn on the cob; too watery). Also a good selection of prepackaged sandwiches and other items in the refrigerated section. Fresh brewed Starbucks coffee served (not complimentary).Food service is at predefined hours with closure between meal times (not as convenient as it could be).The Mt. Rubidoux Bistro replaces the old main building cafeteria (now an amphitheater), moving it to just off the ground floor lobby in the new G tower at the opposite end of the hospital. To get from one end of the hospital to the other take the elevator to the 4th floor and follow the signs to the G tower. Take the last elevator to the ground floor and again follow the signs to the G tower lobby. The Mt. Rubidoux Bistro is on the far end of the lobby. If the weather is nice take your food to the outdoor patio. Just know the door will lock behind you and you'll need to re-enter through the lobby entrance.Note that if you're visiting someone in the main building and decide to walk outside to get to the G tower during COVID-19 visitor security, don't surrender your visitor badge. Instead tell them you're going to the cafeteria. Otherwise G tower visitor security will send you back to the Main building.Bistro staff, nice job!
Fresh nutritional menu every day of the week.
