Kfc - Riverdale

Doesn't stay open to for hours listed online or at the store itself.

Without a doubt, the manager at this particular location has occupied her position since my 5th grade years. Her actions often come across as less than compassionate, including raising her voice at employees and physically moving them if they are not performing up to par or in case of any delays. On one occasion, she even directed intense words towards me, implying that I should think about joining her team. Personally, I am appreciative that I have secured employment elsewhere as her interactions with staff members cause me concern about potentially facing similar treatment. It might be imperative for an individual to delve deeper into her behavior.

I ordered 2 mac and cheese wraps one spicy one mild and 2 bbq chicken wraps and a 8 piece nugget. Got home 5 minutes away all of the chicken in the all the wraps were old and cold, was missing my spicy wrap and received a coleslaw instead, the mac and cheese was cold the tortilla was rock hard. Why do yall think its ok to serve people this way and we paying our hard earned money.

Got to restaurant at 10am so I could get fresh chicken. It opens at 10am, but no one came to the window until 10:10 at which point I was told to give them 15 mins. 15 minutes later, I was told they still didn't have chicken ready. This is unacceptable! I could have gone some place else. This location has a habit of opening late but this was ridiculous. Something needs to be done...or it it needs to be closed. Additionally, I went to the location on Flint River to try to get chicken and that system was down. Sigh.

This KFC has the worst chicken. It has a horrible aftertaste. It's really undescribable! It's more of chemical taste and it is always dark brown. This place chicken is never nice and brown like other locations. I have started to drive to other KFC's now. This location chicken is not like the KFC of old. This location needs to change their method on how to cook and go back to the original taste of KFC. To make it worst the service isn't that great either. I had KFC yesterday from another location and it was really good, no chemical aftertaste. I was told that people come there now, whether than Riverdale location. Because the children is so bad.
