Dunkin' - Riverdale

Bareka and Lianne are very friendly and hard to work, and they always have their make-up on flee. I order the pink drink and... That's wrong. I mean, I ordered a frosty coffee and it was very good.

I ordered a large Macchiato using my rewards. When I picked up my drink, it seemed like the cup wasn't the large size. However, I thought they wouldn't make such a mistake. Later, I checked the size of the cup and saw it was actually 24oz, which is a significant error. I went back and asked the staff if the cup was indeed a large size. They acknowledged their mistake and offered me another Macchiato, but I couldn't drink another one, so I declined it. I'm really disappointed that such a mistake was made. I hope this didn’t happen because I used my rewards for my order.

Lianne was very good, she roasted my bagel very well and I put nice amount of cream cheese. Bareka was very friendly also she made my hot chocolate very nice and did a good relationship of whip cream and drink. The store looks very clean and then I noticed that Amanda sweeps and crashed, I even complicated her on it.

I ordered an iced coffee with butter pecan and cream, and it was fantastic! Not every Dunkin' Donuts makes this drink taste this great; I’ve only found a few, and this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Plus, it's clean, especially considering it's located inside BJs.
